After Processing or Shipping
Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable exchange policy will apply for size exchange only.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
